The Training & Public Service Administrator is responsible for:
- Assessing and initiating customized training programs for the Public Works Agency.
- Performing employee orientations.
- Coordinating the Agency's health and safety programs.
- Developing and implementing quality assurance measures for Agency operations.
- Recommending operational changes that lead to work process and quality improvements resulting in customer satisfaction.
